| • | Design - The second step is to begin the design phase. You can create design models, restorative dentistry fixtures such as crowns, and other restorative and orthodontic parts. |
| • | Print – The technician can directly integrate design software supporting STL export with the Formlabs 3D Printers. They send the design to the Formlabs 3D printer into a Pre-Form Print Preparation Setup. |
| • | Prepare – the preparation step involves washing and drying the printed parts. The last step in the preparation process is post-curing the printed parts. We use the FormWash and FormCure solutions, which further simplifies the 3D printing process. |
| • | Use – Once the technician cures the parts, we use them to create crowns and manufacture orthodontic appliances such as retainers and clear aligners. |
| • | Production processes that traditionally took days, now take around 24 hours and even less for certain parts and appliances. |
